Assessors' training
Assessors are understood as evaluators (experts in assessing) driving skills, that is, people who can create a profile of driving skills for subsequent decision-making on the need for additional training for this driver or a decision on the possibility of allowing him to drive official vehicles. Supervisors or line managers are often appointed to the role of assessor in those regions where there are no qualified MVS specialists and there is no external provider of this service.
The purpose of the assessors' training is to provide primary skills in assessing driving skills and teach them how to work properly with a checklist.
The duration of the training is 2 days, during which the participants will complete the following training modules:
- Workshop on the theory of Safety driving
- Practical lesson on the method of "driving with comments"
- Checking knowledge of traffic regulations
- Workshop on working with the evaluation checklist and DVR
- Mutual assessment practices
- Final exam
Training result
Participants can treat road risks reasonably, use the acquired knowledge and experience in daily driving, and independently work on improving their driving safety level.
