Since 2006, we have been conducting a unique 3-day training to develop an in-depth understanding of the principles of protective driving, the specifics of adult education, and building a driver training and motivation system at the enterprise.

Fleet managers and traffic safety specialists should be role models and have unquestionable authority in their company in matters of safe driving and driver training in order to convincingly promote safety ideas within the company, both for top management and for ordinary employees.

The training includes:

• Theoretical seminar - principles of Protective driving, physics of car movement, situational analysis of accidents, testing and training of psychophysiological qualities, motivating drivers to improve their driving style and develop a responsible attitude towards driving
• Training on the development of speech technique, public speaking skills and argumentation of one's position – preparation for a speech; exercises in public speaking and speech technique, group dynamics management; answers to complex questions; features of argumentation depending on the target audience
• Driving around the city with comments – practicing skills in identifying road traffic hazards and risks, ways to protect yourself in these situations, as well as communicating this information to the trained driver
• Safety psychology – features of corporate drivers and their training, conflicts of motives and ways to resolve them
