Driving skills testing

Before giving a new employee a company car, many companies would like to verify their driving skills. Often, the driving experience indicated on the driver's license does not correspond to the actual driving experience.

Allowing an employee with poor knowledge and skills to drive a car is fraught with loss of working time, damage to expensive company property, injury and death of employees or third parties, and involvement of middle and senior managers in internal or judicial investigations.

Using an external provider to conduct the tests frees up the time of fleet managers and BDD engineers to perform their main duties.

Testing procedure:

• Knowledge of Traffic Rules is tested in the classroom or online for 15-20 minutes.;
• A test ride on public roads determines the skills of checking a car and preparing for a trip, working with controls, observing the traffic situation, perceiving hazards and risks, predicting the actions of other drivers, pedestrians, cyclists and motorcyclists, as well as evaluating driving tactics and general driving style. The trip lasts 40-50 minutes and allows you to look at the actions of the driver in various situations – when passing regulated and unregulated intersections, roundabouts, when driving along narrow streets and expressways, with parallel and perpendicular parking.
